Quick Installation – Pre-engineered components make setup simple and efficient.

A specialized cam-action fastener manufactured by MWI Components, specifically designed to secure sliding doors tightly against the door jamb, providing a reliable method to stabilize doors in agricultural and post-frame buildings against wind rattle and weather infiltration.
For double sliding doors, it is recommended to use these in conjunction with a center latch or snugger to ensure the entire door system is immobilized against the building.

R250S-18 Cane Bolt is a heavy-duty drop rod designed to secure the bottom of sliding doors, gates, and barn doors in a fixed position. By anchoring the door into the ground or a floor receiver, it prevents swaying, drifting, or damage caused by high winds.
The PB128 Center Latch is a heavy-duty cam-action fastener from MWI Components, specifically engineered to secure split sliding doors. It provides a high-tension closure that pulls the two door leaves together, ensuring a tight seal at the center meeting point.
Technical Specifications

The BC85C Center Door Guide (Part Number: 100850000) is a professional-grade hardware solution manufactured by MWI Components. It is specifically engineered to stabilize the bottom of large sliding doors on post-frame and agricultural buildings, ensuring they remain on track and do not sway in the wind or pull away from the structure.
The PB25T9 Sliding Door Trolley is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade trolley designed for high-performance operation of large sliding doors. Engineered by MWI Components, this hanger features a 9.5" offset bolt specifically designed for wood or metal frame doors weighing up to 600 lbs.
The PB25T9 is designed to run inside standard round track systems. For optimal performance, it should be paired with MWI round track and matching brackets to ensure the 600 lb weight rating is maintained across the entire assembly.

The PB127S Chain Snugger is a rugged, manual tensioning device designed by MWI Components to pull split sliding doors tightly together. This component is essential for securing large wood or metal doors that are prone to bowing or rattling due to high winds or temperature shifts.
Installation & Operation
The BC201 Versa Track is a professional-grade 14-gauge round track system designed by MWI Components for high-capacity sliding doors. Engineered for both strength and ease of installation, this track supports door systems weighing up to 600 lbs and is a staple in the post-frame and agricultural building industry.

The 235 Box Girt is a multi-functional steel member used for lateral support and internal door framing. It is engineered to provide a perfectly straight edge, eliminating the warping and twisting commonly associated with lumber. These girts are designed to fit precisely within the "pocket" of the 2200 Series Side Rails, creating a cohesive all-metal frame.
The 2244 Horizontal Bottom Rail is a heavy-duty extruded aluminum component from MWI Components, specifically engineered to form the bottom structural edge of a sliding door. It serves two critical roles: providing a rigid frame for the base of the door and acting as the female track that slides over the TBSG Bottom Guide system.
For a standard 1.5" door leaf, the 2244 Bottom Rail is the "anchor" of the framing system. It is the component that makes your door compatible with the TBSG Bottom Guide with Brackets & Door Stop.

The 2216 Vertical H-Rail is a specialized architectural extrusion from MWI Components, specifically designed for split (bi-parting) sliding doors. While the 2200 Side Rail finishes the outer edges of a door, the 2216 H-Rail is used at the center meeting point where two door leaves come together.
For a single sliding door, you only need 2200 Side Rails. For a split (bi-parting) door, you will use the 2200 Side Rails and the 2216 H-Rail at the center where the doors meet.
The 2200 Series Vertical Side Rail is a high-strength aluminum component manufactured by MWI Components, specifically designed to form the vertical outer frame of sliding doors in post-frame and agricultural buildings. This rail acts as the "backbone" of the door leaf, providing a clean, finished edge while housing the internal framing members.
This item is a separate component from the 235 Box Girts. For a complete door leaf, you will need two 2200 Vertical Side Rails (one for each side) and the appropriate number of lateral Box Girts based on the height of your door.

The BC3-201 Face Mount Track Bracket is an essential hardware component from MWI Components, specifically designed to support both the BC201 Versa Track and a protective track cover. This bracket provides the necessary clearance to house the track while offering an integrated attachment point for the flashing that shields the trolley and track assembly from the elements.
The L207 7" White Door Pull from MWI Building Components is a simple, durable handle designed for sliding doors and similar applications. The clean white finish offers a neat, unobtrusive appearance that blends well with a variety of door styles in agricultural, residential, or light commercial settings.
Application: Ideal for sliding barn doors, shop doors, shed doors, and other utility door systems.

The PB63 Jamb Mount Stop from MWI Building Components is a heavy-duty door stop designed to control and secure sliding door movement at the jamb. Engineered to engage the door in both the open and closed positions, this component helps prevent overtravel while maintaining proper door alignment within the track system.
Manufactured from strong 7-gauge steel, the PB63 provides reliable stopping power and durability in demanding agricultural, commercial, and utility building applications. Its jamb-mounted configuration allows it to be installed directly to the door jamb or structural surface, creating a dependable stopping point for sliding door systems.
The PB66 White Door Stop from MWI Building Components is a heavy-duty, adjustable stop designed to control sliding door travel and protect both the door and surrounding structure. Its adjustable design allows for precise positioning, making it suitable for a range of door setups while ensuring consistent stopping performance.
Finished in white for a clean, uniform appearance, the PB66 integrates easily with common door systems in agricultural, residential, and light commercial applications. Its robust construction is built to withstand repeated use, providing dependable operation in high-traffic environments.

The PB97S Sliding Door Guide from MWI Building Components is designed to hold sliding doors securely against the wall, helping maintain proper alignment and preventing unwanted movement during operation. This guide ensures smoother door travel while reducing sway, making it an essential component for stable and reliable sliding door performance.
Featuring an adjustable design, the PB97S accommodates a range of door thicknesses, allowing for flexible installation across various door systems. The integrated 2" diameter wheel provides consistent contact and smooth guidance along the door surface, minimizing friction and wear over time.
The BC1SP-201 Splice Collar from MWI Building Components is designed to securely connect two sections of round track, creating a continuous and stable track system for sliding door applications. This component ensures proper alignment between track sections, helping maintain smooth trolley movement and reliable door operation.

The PB201ECS Round Track End Caps from MWI Building Components are designed to provide a clean, secure finish to round track systems.
Each set is packaged in pairs and includes the necessary fastening hardware for installation. Designed for compatibility with MWI round track systems, these end caps offer a reliable and finished solution for completing sliding door track installations.
The T80040000L #10 x 3/4" SD3 Pancake Quad Head Screws are designed for secure attachment in metal-to-metal fastening applications. Featuring a low-profile pancake head, these screws provide a clean, flush finish while offering strong holding power in track systems, brackets, and other hardware installations.
Engineered with an SD3 self-drilling point, these screws eliminate the need for pre-drilling in most applications, improving installation speed and efficiency. The quad head design allows for better driver engagement.
